welcome to my CASTLE!
this room was built in 1905 . it has belonged to many people in its life, the most important of course being my mother, starting from age 7 in 1985.

the shelf on the left contains all my books and cds, as well as my cd player. it is plugged into the outlet in the kitchen. my calendar, art of noise necklace, and chrysanthemum print are on the wall, as well as a box of rice candy. my favorite scarf and my vinyl copy of adventures in modern recording rest on the adjacent wall.

you'll notice that the wall appears to be falling apart. indeed, the house has fallen into disrepair over the years. the walls in here are white, the ceiling is black. the plaster is ancient and thick and alive.
here's one of my villages. my kingdom is large and sundry.

here's my bed, and my hammock. you may notice arnold.
my swamp themed nightstand is the best part of my room. my tiffany lamp is from menards. the window does not have glass, it is held shut with tape and saran wrap and vitally my celestial bead curtain. ✰
and here is the corner. some more subjects and my favorite tote bags.
Here is my "closet". my turkish towel and everyday bag, complete with nijntje keychain, hang from my door.
below is the top (?) of my dresser, where i store some of my favorite pins, and candles and art supplies. can you see me in the mirror? (this mirror is an antique; it was brought to usa from sweden over 100 years ago!) there are also my fairy wings and daisy's pawprints
And finally, my gank ceiling. ✰
