6-7 cups flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons shortening
4, 1/2 teaspoons yeast
2, 1/4 cups very warm water

3, 1/2 cups flour, solid ingredients, liquid ingredients
add flour 1 cup at a time
knead dough, let rest for 1 hour
grease pans, add dough
grease dough to make it good and crunchy
let dough rise for 1 hour
oven 425 degrees f
bake 25-30 minutes

2 cans chickpeas (30 oz)
1 cilantro
1 lime
3 cloves minced garlic
ginger
1 minced onion
1 can crushed tomatoes (15 oz)
1 can coconut milk (13.5 oz)
vegetable stock
2 tablespoons vegetable or coconut oil
1 tablespoon curry powder
turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin
coriander
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
black pepper
salt

sautee onion, add garlic and ginger
change heat to low and add spices
add chickpeas, stock, tomatoes, coconut milk
let simmer and stir 20 minutes
blend till smooth

3/4 teaspoon salt
6 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced ginger
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2-3 serrano chiles sliced with seeds
1 tablespoon ground corriander
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 can crushed tomato (28oz)
2 cans chickpeas (30 oz)
1 teaspoon garam masala
2-3 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 can red beans
4 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons grated ginger
1 cup lentils
1 chopped onion
1 chopped red bell pepper
2 cups vegetable broth
1 can tomato paste (14oz)
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin

all ingredients in croc pot (high 2.5-3 hours, low 6-8 hours)

Easy Fettuchine Alfredo

melt butter in a saucepan and turn off heat
boil pasta wih some salt
set 1 cup of pasta water aside
add pasta to the butter
add 1/3 cup pasta water and cheese and stir

1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt (VERY IMPORTANT)
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons dried herbs (i used oregano)

mix the first 5 ingredients
refrigerate for 30 minutes or more

roll out dough, apply oil and additional salt
cut dough into small squares and poke holes with fork
bake for 20-25 minutes

Crust: 20 squares of graham crackers
1/3 cup of butter
3 tablespoons sugar

oven 350 degrees f
crush graham crackers
combine all ingredients
press into pie pan
bake 10 minutes

Filling: 1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 egg yolks
1, 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

saucepan, medium-high heat
add ingredients in order
cook until thick 10-15 minutes
pour into pie crust and refrigerate

peanut butter cups

my grandma

1, 1/2 packages of crushed graham crackers
2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
2 cups peanut butter
1-2 cups chocolate chips

mix first 4 ingredients
press into pan and refrigerate
melt chocolate chips and pour over.
